Vern and John – Vocal and Conservative Concerned Citizens

Vern and John are vocal and concerned citizens that live in one of Southern Arizona’s Larger cities, that sees immigrant traffic through the desert. They consider their views concervative and were in full support for Arizona’s SB1070 law amongst others. After meeting Vern and John at a community town hall dicussing SB1070 and border issues, they invited our film crew into their home; to explore both their concerns and hopes regarding immigration into the U.S.. 3 hours, 3 coffee pots and a couple of boisen berry pie slices later; we get to places and answers seldom, if ever arrived to in the heat of the desert, in the heat of an argument.
